Working with twitter was amazing experiences with a last minute request to organize a beach lounge with presence and catering that could be turned into a relaxing area for twitter management and clients to host meetings in a relaxing atmosphere was quite a task, However with our Event Venue partners we managed to secure a vip area of a selective private beach where twitter relaxed, entertained and hosted some great daily event programmes.

We organized the building of the stand from design to build including inside and outside space, In additional to the stand we organized the staffing and catering for the whole Event calendar for dubai film during Cannes FIF, from breakfast meetings to cocktail and private lunches and evening cocktails with entertainment, We organized a full team of Event staff to work the whole 10 days for Dubai Film which included waitresses, hostesses, and music entertainment.

Working with MTV in the launch of Jersey shore was a great experience, with the selecting of the Venue, to the whole branding and decoration of the Venue, staffing, music and even private body guards and make up artists for the Jersey Shore stars who attended the Event, organizing the whole rebrand of the Venue and catering it was a very successful Event

In 2008 we organized the Yacht Event at Mipim for Oxygen, A private Event for 80 persons with live dancers and singers to create the perfect atmosphere for all guests, We organized the branding of the yacht and all staffing and catering aspects, The private charter of a Yacht in Cannes is not an easy project however with our partners and close relationship with the port of Cannes we managed to charter the Yacht and secure a birth suitable to the needs of the Event, If you require a private Yacht charter to host your Event then we will certainly be able to work this for you.

For the past 8 years for MIPTV and MIPCOM Fox Channels attend in force with over 100 people attending the Congress Cannes Apartment Rentals and AES EVENTS GROUP organize all accommodation and airport transfers and coordinate any Events that they may run during the Show, We work closely with there team and organize all the logistics for the congress.
