The following terms and conditions govern the use of the AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP Services.
Before you complete your reservation and first payment you must read these terms and conditions carefully, as stated on your Rental contract

“ All parties are in agreement of the terms and conditions set out in contracts and are displayed on AES GROUP websites”
Once your contract has been signed and dated and first payment received this constitutes that you have fully read all the terms and conditions on the Rental Contract and the official terms and conditions available on the website www.aes-accommodation.com & www.cannesapartmentrentals.com & www.aeseventsgroup.com
By using the services of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP, you unconditionally agree to be bound by and to respect these terms and conditions.

WHO WE ARE

"We", "us" and "our" in Our Agreement means , AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP which Company UK Registered Companies House Number 6979274
Our Agreement with you is designed to protect your interests so we advise you read each point carefully as all staff and Directors of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP follow the guidelines of the following terms and conditions and in addition the terms and conditioned outlined in your Rental Contract.
AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP is an apartment Rental & Event Management Company that operates using Private Property owners as their housing and Venue options for clients, It is very important that we secure the apartment/ venue options that have been requested by a letter of engagement with the owner this gives us the security of the Rental for 48 Hours. This letter of engagement is only issued on receipt of an email or Letter confirming an apartment/venue reference for a specific period and price. Please note that any email informing AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP to confirm an apartment reservation is an agreement between AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP and the Client that the apartment will be reserved at the price agreed and is a binding agreement. This is to protect the decision of the client to hold the apartment/venue until the contarct and Invoice have been produced and signed, and so that the apartment cannot be rented to another client. Any Client who has confirmed a reservation and who cancells prior to the Contract been signed will be liable for any damages that may be incurred to AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP by Property owners.

1.YOUR BOOKING
You can book the accommodation advertised by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP if it is still available. The accommodation/ Venue is reserved for you once you have:
* Paid a deposit of 30% or 50% of the rental price, the deposit price is stated on the Rental Contract
* Returned a signed copy of the Rental Contract
* Accepted this Agreement.
The booking is not definite until the deposit is received into AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP bank account. Your confirmed booking form provides the basis of your reservation. If any detail on the confirmed booking form is incorrect, tell us immediately. If you are making a reservation for a group then you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of the group. You will be responsible for that each member of the group is bound by this agreement.

2. VILLA AND HOUSE AND YACHTS RENTALS

The booking conditions of the rental are the same as above, however there are additional costs which are incurred on your departure. They will be taken from the caution payment. Water, heating and gas charges are not included in any part of the rental price, and are considered as additional costs.
The rental price includes full insurance by AXA Travel group for any persons resident in the Villa or House during the rental period stated on the booking form.
Pets will only be allowed if written confirmation is delivered by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP prior to the arrival.

3. EVENT VENUES
When reserving an Event Venue for corporate meetings, Screenings, Cocktail Parties there are specific instructs that you must follow if your Rental is during one of the following festivals
MIDEM FESTIVAL, MIPIM FESTIVAL, MIPTV FESTIVAL, CANNES FILM FESTIVAL, CANNES LIONS FESTIVAL, MIPCOM FESTIVAL , MAPIC FESTIVAL, ITLM FESTIVAL, TAX FREE FESTIVAL
These Festival periods are organized by external Companies and have their own terms and conditions that you may have to agree too, it is important that you follow the terms and conditions of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP although in addition you must liaise with the Festival Organizer to inform them of your activity and reasons for Renting such a Venue
AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP are not contracted to the Festival Organizers so you are required to be aware of their terms and conditions so that you can ensure you are not in anyway breaching any terms and conditions that could effect the Rental, We stipulate that prior to any contract been signed that you have contacted the relevant festival organizer to ensure you are renting the premis and not breaching their terms and conditions
Any cancellations or intervene by any of the Festival organisers that subjects to any block or cancellation of contract that effects the rental contract between you and AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will have give no rights to ask AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP for any form of refund or to subject AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP to any legal procedure
In the result of reason beyond the control of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP the property/Hotel/Event Venue is not available due to Damages, Financial issues with the property owner or intervention from the Festival Organizers AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will provide a full refund
This term is stated on your Rental Contract and is to protect AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP and that on any of these occasions AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP are not able to provide the premises on the contract the refund will be accepted by the client and no legal action will be taken against AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP, and AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will provide to the client

- Official Letter from the Property/ Venue Owner cancellation due to financial difficulty
- Official Hussier Du Justice Report outlining damages that prevent the Rental of the Accommodation or Venue
- Official Court Order from the PALAIS DU JUSTICE outlining that AES ACCOMMODATION LTD are not able to rent the contracted Accommodation or Venue

AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP can not offer any refunds to clients if the Festival organizers has any legal implications on the client that could cause cancellation to the rental contract, and AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will accept the cancellation of the contract with no further payments to be made, although any deposits paid will not be refunded as this is NOT beyond the control of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP, However AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will make all efforts to recuperate the funds already deposited to the owner and if successful will reimburse the client the funds.
If you as a Company decide that you do not want to continue with the contract due to an intervene by the festival organizers this will be the decision of the client and an official email will be required to be sent to swhite.legal@aeseventsgroup.com and then a official registered letter of cancellation of the contract, although this will be the decision of the client and will cancel all rights to any refund of deposits or full payments made to AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP

3.1 PUBLICITY AND BRANDING
AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP use our website as a marketing tool for our services and as a platform to show potential clients the work we carry out along with Company Logo " WHO WE WORK WITH" any logo features on the WHO WE WORK WITH PAGE will have an individual letter of agreement which once signed will be non renewable this gives AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP the right to use the LOGO on any of the AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP websites and marketing Material without further within consent of the Company who's logo is been used, If you require to remove your logo from our website this will be done within 48 hours of receiving an official request

AES ACCOMMODATION LTD have the right to use Event Photos, and Logos of our contracted clients for marketing purposes, although the marketing Material will only be used and displayed on the AES ACCOMMODATION LTD websites, and will not be shared with any third party without written authorization from the client. If you do not want AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP to use this material please inform us that you do not agree to this term and condition and we can ensure your rental contract stipulates this term.

We have no intentions to incorporate inappropriate publicity of our clients, on AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP websites

3.2 BANNER ADVERTISING

Many of the properties and venues listed on the websites of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP offer the possibility of BANNER ADVERTISING used as corporate branding, If you are planning to display a corporate BANNER then you must inform AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP prior to the signing of the rental contract as there are certain buildings that don't authorize BANNER advertising so its important to ensure this is stipulated to it can be confirmed by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP so we can ensure you have this confirmed in your rental contract
In addition to authorization from AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP during the festival authorization is required by the festival organizer and the Mairie Du Cannes, generally the festival organizer stipulates that any advertising is required to display your official stand Number inside the Palais, although different organisers have different rules, so prior to agreeing any publicity or Banner advertising please ensure you contact the festival organizer to ensure you are not in breach of any conditions
AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will hold no responsibility for any legal action that this may cause or intervene if the publicity/banner is been ordered to be removed during the Rental period

4. ACCOMMODATION PRICE
The price quoted on the RENTAL CONTRACT is guaranteed, unless you change your booking or make additional requests, all payments must include all bank charges so that the correct amount is received by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP on the contracted date or earlier, Please note that the reservation prices on your first signed contract agreement are the payments set through the duration of the contract, any Euros price that clients request to be converted into a different currencies will be calculated on the exchange rate on the day of payment and all Euros prices on the signed agreement must be met by the client

5. PAYING FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION
30% or 50% of the total amount is to be paid to reserve the accommodation when the booking is made. All balances are due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the payment is not made by the due date, a reminder will be sent thereafter. However, should further reminders become necessary the Rental Contract will be terminated and all deposits will be lost
If the balance of your accommodation is not settled outside 14 days of your contract payment due date, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to charge you a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the total cost of the booking. Any booking made within 3 weeks of the start of the rental period is payable in full immediately.

6. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be forwarded with the balance payment, to cover any damage caused in the apartment. This amount is 25% of the reservation. Unless stated otherwise by the Director of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP; this will be returned to you within 14 days of departure if all items checked are to a closure, credit card only guarantees are available for existing clients this will be stated on your contract under the section CAUTION GAURANTEE.
All caution amounts will be returned in full if no damaged have been made, However any damages caused during the rental dates AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP have the right to hold the caution deposit for up to 6 months to rectify the problems caused to the premises and charges against the caution will be justified with a full invoice and the balance will be forward to the client
If the caution amount held does not cover the amount of the damage the client accepts that a further payment will be required for the balance

7. YOUR ACCOMMODATION ( apartments and Villas and Yachts Only )
THE PREMISES ARE TO BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES ONLY AND THE RENTAL IS ONLY AGREED FOR THE PURPOSES OF TEMPORARY AND HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CONDITION WITHOUT WHICH THE RENTAL WILL NOT BE AGREED TO.
The accommodation we arrange for you must only be used by those people named. You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay there.
Fittings and furnishings should only suffer depreciation from the normal use for which they are designed. Those which are missing or out of order for reasons other than normal wear and tear must be paid for or replaced by you with our consent.

7. BREACH OF CONTRACT
AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will honor each Rental of Property or Building for residential or Corporate Use and provide the full service that was agreed, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP will not accept any unlawful acts of any client who contacts the Owners of the Products used or rented by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP. Any proof of this act will result in breach of contract and may result in cancellation of any agreements that are in place and the compensation stated on the Rental contract will apply
“ stated under TENNANTS OBLIGATIONS”

8.RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS
On all rentals with AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP a pro-format invoice will be produced to the client. The terms and conditions state that once the money has arrived in AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP bank account, each party has agreed to the terms and conditions set out.

9. KEYS.
Please inform us of the number of keys you will need for your stay. This same number of keys must be returned to us on departure or we will charge up to 200 Euros for a lost set of keys in order to have new locks installed and new sets of keys cut.

10. ARRIVAL.
We require up to date arrival information and you will be requested to complete an information arrival form within 3 weeks prior to your arrival date to ensure your check-in runs smoothly. Please inform AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP if you have any changes to your arrival.

11. CLEANING
Apartments are cleaned for your arrival but not during your stay unless requested on the Confirmed Booking Form and pre-paid for, the departure cleaning is obligatory and also stated on the RENTAL CONTRACT.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We take no responsibility for personal belongings left in our accommodation after your departure. Any items returned to their owner upon the owner’s request will result in a charge of 30.00 Euro plus postage.

13. IF WE CHANGE YOUR ACCOMMODATION
We will provide your accommodation as booked unless there are unforeseen circumstances, such as urgent repairs to an apartment, which are beyond our control. If this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can, if there is time before your departure and we undertake to accommodate you in a property of the same or higher quality. Any costs resulting from an upgrade
will be paid for by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP

14. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION INSURANCE AGAINST CONGRESS CANCELATION OR POSTPONEMENT

We advise all our clients to obtain the correct travel insurance, either using an E111 form for clients from the UK or equivalent for the country of residence . It is important that your travel insurance is in place to cover you for any unexpected cancellation you may need to make, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD is a private accommodation company and will be able to provide you with the relevant paper work including invoices and contracts which will support any claim you need to make against your travel insurance. We also advise that you ensure your insurance covers items such as:

1.) Unable to travel due to medical reasons
2.) Unable to travel due to a direct family member needing emergency medical assistance.
3.) The event in Cannes you are attending is cancelled or postponed by the organisers due to terrorism or a global health epidemic.
4.) Airlines and Airports are closed due to force Majure which could include hurricanes and tornados.

It is essential you purchase the correct travel insurance for your trip whether you are an individual, a group or a client renting a property for events, as AES ACCOMMODATION LTD are not able to offer refunds in the light the congress is cancelled or postponed.

If the event you are attending is cancelled AES ACCOMMODATION LTD will not be able to refund the amount of the deposit or balances paid, unless the property owner agrees to refund the deposit or the balance to AES ACCOMMODATION LTD, or the owner agrees to credit the funds already paid to the following years event, this will come in the form of a credit note. We will also support clients who will require to make claims against the event organiser.

If the event you are attending is postponed AES ACCOMMODATION LTD will agree to transfer your property or properties or event venue to the new dates issued by the organisers free of charge, If the property is not available for the new dates and we do not find a solution with the property owner of your reserved property, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD will provide replacement properties at no additional charge.
Please note all contracts that are transferred to the new dates will require a new contract with new dates, the old contract will not be valid for the new set dates of the event.

Please note that if the event is cancelled or postponed it is required that you complete a AES101 please request this form from "AES EVENTS GROUP (LEGAL)" This is required prior to any action been completed by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD

15. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOMMODATION OR VENUE
If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, please write to us. The person who made the booking must sign the letter.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell the accommodation, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your letter - the more notice you give, the less we will charge.
Cancellation charges: These charges are based on how many days before your booked departure we receive your cancellation.
* When the number of days is more than 21: the amount you must pay is the amount of the deposit.
* When the number of days is less than 21: the amount you must pay is the total cost of the accommodation or venue

Our cancellation policy runs in conjunction with our official owners rental contract, and state the same terms of cancellation, as we have already paid the deposit amount to the property owner to secure the apartment or event venue on our clients behalf the owner has the right to hold the deposit deposits are held due to the cancellation and due to the fact the property or venue will need to be re rented with no guarantees of finding a new client. please note that apartment and venue owners will not agree to signed contracts without this condition as this is to protect the property owner from the apartment or venue not been rented and receiving no compensation on cancellation of clients contracts.

16. DURING YOUR STAY
During your stay we advise you make yourself aware of the emergency telephone numbers and the office hours of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP which you may need if you find yourself in a position of distress or emergency.
All the staff at AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP provides the information and service to help you during your stay, although we are not a 24 hour service Company which means that out of office hours our team maybe not available to offer you services

17. THE COUNTRY LAWS OF THIS CONTRACT
The agreement above is cleared by French Law and must be adhered to at all times, if there is something of the above contents that you are not satisfied with then please inform us prior your payment of deposit.
We also offer our contracts to be set by the UK LAW and this will be stated on your contract so that the country of legal proceedings is stated clearly on the Rental Contract

18. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP Services.
Before you SIGN and agree your Rental Contract you must read these terms and conditions carefully, to avoid any complications, financial loss, termination of contracts
By using the Services of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES GROUP, you unconditionally agree to be bound by and to respect these terms and conditions in the signed RENTAL CONTRACT and the terms and conditions on the website, If you have any queries or items you feel to be removed from your agreement or to have any of the terms and conditions on the website removed from your agreement we require you inform us in writing or email prior to signature of the Rental Contract and the first payment made, as after this period all the terms and conditions will stand in the Rental Contract and terms and conditions on the website

19. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We take our services offered to our clients very seriously and many of our services we include are provided by a third party partner which include

1. Private Property Owners

2. Partner property Agents

3. Airport Transfers

4. Cleaning Services

All third party servies companies are vetted and reviewed every 2 years, this is to ensure as a company we are choosing the right partners

All services provided by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD or AES EVENTS GROUP are the financial responsibility of our organization

We don’t refuse to refund clients although we have a refund policy in place that protects our clients

1. A full refund of funds is returned if the property or venue is not provided to the client on arrival.

2. A maximum of 30% of the rental amount to be refunded for non working items such as internet, AC, electrical items

3. A maximum of 20% of the rental amount to be refunded for any effects caused by additional services which include airport transfers services and cleaning services

4. Any personal items damaged by a member of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD or AES EVENTS GROUP or an employee of our third party partners a full refund of the item will be provided ( please note an AES incident report form is required to be completed and a police report form for any item valued above 300.00€

5. Refund due to your cancellation

Your rental contract will outline your standard cancellation policy however maybe circumstances such as illness or natural disaster please send us evidence and your refund request form so we can investigate a full refund on medical or natural disaster circumstances, please note natural disaster are not always covered under force majeure situations, force majeure situations will effect the standard cancellation and refund policy

6. Any client requesting a refund above the amount of 15.000.00€ will be required to follow the guidelines set by our insurers AXA GENERAL who will investigate the claim on merit which may include legal requirements or legal hearings in the country of reported incident

Any claim above 15.000.00€ the client is required to send a letter in writing by signed delivery to AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP attention of Simona white to :

outlining the requested amount of refund and full reasoning for the request to Simona White, Legal Director AES ACCOMMODATION LTD Unit 7 Mulberry Place, Pinnell Road, Eltham, London, United Kingdom, SE9 6AR, ENGLAND

7. Force Majeure - ( Unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone or an organisation from fulfilling a contract or moral request ) If there is an incident that is confirmed as a force majeure, (i.e.) acts of terrorism and natural disaster, or health pandemic, or financial crisis this may have an effect on AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP carrying out their contractual obligations or moral obligations towards our clients, Any cancellation made by clients of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD or AES EVENTS GROUP due to a force majeure situation, will be accepted immediately once we have received a full written cancellation letter to our head office address Simona White, Legal Director AES ACCOMMODATION LTD Unit 7 Mulberry Place, Pinnell Road, Eltham, London, United Kingdom, SE9 6AR, ENGLAND outlining the reason for cancellation and your request for refund. AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP will do everything in their power to accept the cancellation in good faith and refund the relevant funds, However due to third parties obligations, it is possible that third party suppliers of AES ACCOMMODATION or AES EVENTS GROUP whom we have paid to reserve the property or service on behalf of for our clients also may enforce a force Majeure policy which will effect the contract and refund and cancellation policies between both parties,

Force Majeure policies can effect refund policies from AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP and the suppliers and partners of AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP and where possible we will refund the requested and due amounts, although credit notes, and transferring of dates will also be enforced as methods of refunds, due to these unforeseen circumstances and the force majeure situation.

Please note under french Law all transferring of dates must be within 24 months of the original contractual dates, and any date offered that passes 24 months, can be refused by the client, which must be refused in writing to Simona White Legal, Director, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD Unit 7 Mulberry Place, Pinnell Road, Eltham, London, United Kingdom, ENGLAND REGISTERED COMPANIES HOUSE NO 6979274, If these transferred dates are refused by the client due to the 24 Month rule, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP will accept and offer an alternative option.

All official cancellations received will take place immediately and the property or service will no longer be available, and AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP will inform the client in question of the procedure, which will include:

1. Transferring of dates ( within 24 Months of current contractual dates), Transferring of dates will have no charges and the contract dates will be transferred and monies already received will be used to confirm the new dates, and new contracts issued with the new dates stipulated.

2. A credit Note issued which can be used within 24 Months of date of issue, ( This can be extended by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP if a reasonable request is submitted in writing to Simona White Legal, Director, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD Unit 7 Mulberry Place, Pinnell Road, Eltham, London, United Kingdom, SE9 6AR, ENGLAND, Credit Notes will have no charges and a credit note will be issued for the full amount and will can be used against any services provided by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP, All credit notes issued must be used within 24 months from the date of issue, unless an extension is granted by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP. In addition AES ACCOMMODATION LTD will always look to credit the client within the shortest period possible and within the 24 months of the date of issue, however during the period of the credit note credit repayment terms may change if further force majeure incidents occur that can effect the original credit note agreement, In all terms of credit AES ACCOMMODATION LTD guarantee full reimbursement, even if the terms of credit change due to further force majeure circumstances.

3. A refund is issued within 90 days of confirmation of refund acceptance, all refunds will be made to the requested bank account provided by the client.

4. Running refunds, running refunds are smaller refund payments made to the client during the period of the credit note, when possible during a credit note period, and once a service or a property has been officially cancelled, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP will look to find a new client for the property of service, any incomes generated by AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP from the clients cancelled property or service that are included in the credit note amount, the amount generated can be refunded to the client and removed from the credit note amount, AES ACCOMMODATION LTD will provide any information to the client on any incomes generated on the cancelled property or services that is included in the credit note.

5. Cancellations, due to force majeure that AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP agree to refund will also be subject to a cancellation charge which will be an amount of 25% , 30% or 50% of the rental or service cost.

6. AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP insurance protection with AXA GENERAL against force majeure situations, so we are able to guarantee refunds up to 15.000.00 Euros and credit Notes up to 400.000 Euros.

Under any force majeure situation that has an effect on AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP and our clients, we will ensure we manage the situation as professional and as swift as possible, to ensure the minimum disruption to our clients.

If it is required that AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP take legal action against our property owners and service providers to resolve the situation, then we will ensure that our legal team will take the necessary steps, Please note Legal action is a last resort procedure due to the legal costs, and timing which can include appeals and requests for minimum payments, which can be less effective than other solutions available to resolve force majeure situations that effect cancellations, refunds, credit notes, and transferring of dates.

When a property or service is agreed with AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and AES EVENTS GROUP we will invoice our client for the relevant amount, which could be 25% 30% 50% 100% once these funds have been received, in order to secure the property or service we are required to pay the property owner, property manger, service partner, to secure the service on behalf of our client, therefore, we are required to cancel the reservation or service in the same procedure and demand refunds under the cancelation policy, It is important that clients who are reserving multiple properties and services are aware that this is a long and complex process, and AES ACCOMMODATION LTD and EVENTS GROUP prior to agreeing a refund, will need to have secured the refund and received the funds from the property owner or property manager or service partner, prior to refunding the client.
