WHAT HAPPENS HERE.

This is our HEAD OFFICE and where our team of accounts payable UK administration and legal dept is located, Our head office supports our French offices to ensure that we can react to our clients requirements at all times, our UK sales office is also based here where our TEAM of sales people operate to visit new clients and existing clients when required

Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am -6pm Saturday and Sundays are closed

WHAT HAPPENS HERE.

This is our French operation and service office, here is where our TEAM of service professionals are located and where we managed our linen, towels, welcome packs and rental items that clients may require such as internet keys, hairdryers, you name it we have it or if we don't have it we can get it

this office supports the high end service and quality of towels linen we provide our clients and where we build our welcome packs and shopping requests from clients prior to clients arrival.

AES cant operate with the importance of this office its the key to the high level of service we ensure our clients.

Opening Monday - Friday 9.00am - 18.00pm

Opening Saturday - 09.00am - 12.00pm

WHAT HAPPENS HERE.

FRENCH ADMIN OFFICE is where it happens during the busy congress and where our events TEAM and apartment TEAM manage the daily requirements of a busy congress, centrally located only 2 minutes from the Palais gives our team a hands on approach to our arrivals and client management during the festival

This office is open 24/7 during the festival and where also our night manager is located so any issues that clients may have during the night we are at hand to be able to help 24/7

This is also where our French administrator is based dealing with all local french requirements such as owner contracts, submitting quarterly tax Des Sejour reports, and works directly with our UK head office to release payments to owners and suppliers,
